The Cottage is the second largest of our luxury self-catering cottages. The accommodation offers three bedrooms consisting of two double and one king-size bed (alternatively 2 single beds are available) a luxury bathroom with shower and bath plus a separate cloakroom. The cottage features a light yet cosy open plan living/kitchen/dinning area, to seat 8. It offers a well-equipped modern kitchen, smart television with DVD player, CD Radio, free Wi-Fi, large sofa with integrated king-size sofa bed & wood-burning stove. A set of glazed patio doors lead out to a small garden with decking area, and garden furniture, ideal for outside eating, weather permitting.

"I cannot recommend Flintstone Cottages more highly."
Me and my children rented 'The Cottage' for three nights over half term. The cottage is full of all essentials, really nicely decorated, lovely bathrooms and very comfy beds. The surroundings of Flintstone Cottages is really stunning. It is in a fantastic location where day trips with the children are easily accessible.
The children had such a great time and keep asking if we can go again. So we will definitely be booking again soon.
I cannot recommend Flintstone Cottages more highly.

Stayed here for a wedding in Chichester, came in from Ireland, very helpful and understanding with the booking process as our requirements changed a bit. Accommodation was excellent, clean and very well appointed. Would highly recommend.

I booked The cottage and The Barn for 14 of us to celebrate my sisters hen weekend. The cottage is decorated beautifully and maintained to a high standard. We found Jo very helpful. "Great Accommodation"
My family and I stayed at The Cottage over the Xmas period and had a wonderful time. The Cottage is very clean and modern and offers great facilities. We particularly enjoyed the wood burner and there's an endless supply of logs. It's really convenient for visiting Chichester and the lovely Sussex coast line. Would definitely return.
"Perfect stay, amazing cottage and excellent hosts"
We stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. The cottage itself was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. The cottage was well equipped with everything you would need. We were greeted by the hosts as we arrived and they were on hand all through the weekend if we needed them, they made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be booking again and recommending it to others.

I would thoroughly recommend Flintstone Cottages, all five units.. set in beautiful and peaceful countryside, the high quality properties well equipped with contents of equal good taste and quality (and with burners set with kindling ready to go) make for a relaxing time.. my son was getting married nearby, and 'the village' made a wonderful base that allowed our families to be together, but with the necessary privacy, for the whole weekend adding to a truly memorable occasion.
"Relaxing weekend at The Lodge and The Cottage"
We stayed at The Lodge and The Cottage with a group of 13 for a nearby wedding. We were looking for a hassle-free base to relax between wedding festivities and this place was perfect! Jo met us when we arrived and showed us round the grounds including golf putting green, shared BBQ area and private outdoor dining areas for both cottages. The cottages were very clean, modern and well appointed for cooking for everyone we had staying with us. Jo was helpful throughout the weekend and the security deposit was returned promptly without any issues.
"Truly quality, tasteful and peaceful accommodation"
The Cottage was our base for our son's wedding nearby. It allowed my immediate family to enjoy private space but be near his fiance's family in the adjacent cottages, which afforded opportunities for get-togethers over this special weekend. We all were impressed by the quality and tastefulness, and thoughtful content, of each of the units - even certain supplies were available in the kitchen. Jo took time out to ensue we felt at home, and was available during our stay. The grounds are kept immaculately, and the views of the surrounding countryside make a gorgeous backdrop to this backwater. There is also plenty of parking within the complex, much of it undercover and illuminated.

Spent just under a week at Flintstone and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great cottages, really well located for the area. Plenty of space for my 3 year old daughter to run around outside. Highly recommended.
"Totally fit for purpose - a family celebration"
This is a delightful setting. The cottage is clean and fresh-looking, well appointed and comfortable. Equipment and bedlinen were immaculate. There is good use of space and all our party (eight of us) were delighted with our stay. Jo was accessible, pleasant and accommodating. I recommend this place without reservation.

"Modern, clean cottage on nice location"
The cottages are modern and very clean. They are well equipped. Nice bathrooms with good shower facility. Nice, large garden with shared BBQ and trampoline to play for children. We stayed in The Cottage. Although the Cottage can sleep 8 persons, I would not recommend a stay with more than 6 people in view of the space. Third bedroom is rather small. Also fridge space and dishwasher are rather small. All beds are double beds. (We would have preferred twin beds in one or 2 bedrooms). Lot of things to do in the area (beaches, museum, estates, castles, villages, antique stores etc.). Fast Wi-Fi. Nice smart TV with selection of family movies. Sundeck for those sunny days.
"Amazing Cottages - We rented them all for Wedding party"
My wedding party stayed at Flintstone Cottages in July 2015 The Cottages are immaculate and furnished well and the beds are really comfy! The Cottages are great if you have a large group because you are all together but in your individual cottages so you have so much space. The cottages are are spacious so we used the large cottage to set up our make up and hen stations for when we got ready. The Cottages are easy to find and just perfect really. I hope to go back again with friends for a weekend! The owners are lovely and so helpful. Perfect place for a large wedding party!

We stayed at the Cottage with a group of 8 - as we were at Goodwood Revival. Perfect and very comfy. Its ideal located to the circuit and great value for money. The Host Jo couldn't do enough for us and very friendly. I have no hesitation in using again and recommending. Lovely property and ideally situated. Away from the busy roads tucked away. Beautiful gardens and plenty of parking.

Great second stay at these rentals. Clean and modern facilities. Location great for many different trips and fantastic walks. Arundel circular walk and town the races and isle of Wight -Obsourne House. Then fab walk round Chichester Marinas. Very accommodating staff and owner. Downside bedroom 3 quite small in the Cottage and small storage. Overall would visit again but try to get the lodge.

After arriving back to Australia after our holiday in the UK I felt it was really important I write this review straight away, these cottages need to be known about - they are just fantastic! They certainly tick all the boxes for me!!!! Words cannot describe accurately this accommodation - so much thought and effort has gone into making these cottages like "home from home" no stone has been left unturned - everything you can think of and more is here at this accommodation, just pack your clothes and just turn up - with the added bonus of the beautiful countryside - peace and quiet - no parking issues - wonderful friendly owner. Just everything about this accommodation is wonderful - we had a wonderful time in the UK and many busy days - it was just lovely to know at the end of the day we were returning to such a lovely place to rest our weary heads!!! Very inviting, sometimes made us feel we wanted to stay in for the day! Very impressed with the whole stay which was in total 12 nights! Would without a doubt book again when I visit the UK again - just SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!! Thanks Jo it was wonderful :-)
"Absolutely superb!"
We have recently returned from a long weekend at The Cottage at Flintstone Cottages where we had a fabulous break. The Cottage is a recently renovated, extremely tastefully finished very high quality holiday cottage. no expense has been spared with all facilities, quality of finish and comfort of all the surroundings from comprehensively equipped kitchen to quality of linen and soft furnishings. Our boys loved the SMART TV with a really quick Wi-Fi. Great location for getting away from the hustle and bustle yet near enough to Chichester and beaches and other amenities. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming
"Excellent cottage and very friendly helpful people"
Everything brand new. Everything you need in a self-catering cottage. Quiet place, yet close to Chichester. Very helpful owner, living around the corner. Shared walls with connected cottages, but built such that we could not hear neighbours. Train passes fairly close by, but is nearly impossible to hear inside.
"Beautiful, relaxing and well equipped place"
After looking at a number of locations around South Central England, I zoomed in on Chichester for a short holiday over the bank holiday with my family and in-laws. I actually took a chance as the pictures of this cottage looked amazing, I wanted a place that would be relaxing and peaceful and yet could easily get to the places of interest. This property offered me with exactly what I was looking for, beautiful and relaxing to retire back to after a day's outing. My children absolutely loved staying here, it was fully equipped with the modern technology, Wi-Fi, smart internet TV, and good collection of DVD's to suit everyone in the family. It was decorated to a high standard and very clean. We could easily travel to Chichester, Arundel, Littlehampton, West Wittering beach, Emsworth in 20 minutes which was great! There is a train line close by, but didn't bother us much as we all slept soundly and don't really know the frequency of the trains passing by. There were some Hover flies (don't know if that’s what they were) that were a bit annoying for the children on the last day of our stay as we were packing to leave. I think the flies were out and about on a nice sunny day in the countryside which is not a major concern though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

A superb, quiet location; very relaxing. Modern, very well appointed accommodation; very comfortable beds; great shower/ bathroom; fully equipped kitchen. Owner was very helpful and friendly. We have already recommended the property to friends and will look to stay here again.
"Very exclusive Cottage"
For those who are searching for a brand new, top modern and fully equipped cottage in best location you will be surprised how homelike you feel after just entering the building. We had a really good time with relaxing on the terrace having BBQ on the huge grill which was provided or preparing food inside the cottage in its perfect equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are super modern and really cuddly so that you have to get a good sleep!
"Home from home - perfect place to come back to after long days working an event"
On behalf of a client, I was looking for accommodation for five days for a group of us working at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Fortunately, The Cottage became available and we snapped it up. The standard of the accommodation is incredible and location picturesque. After long days working at the event it was a joy to come back to The Cottage and relax in total comfort or have a BBQ on the patio area. The only shame was not being able to spend more time in The Cottage! Jo and the staff were extremely helpful and always able to answer any questions we had about the accommodation or local amenities. We will definitely be booking again if we return to the Festival of Speed.
