The Loft is the only luxury self-catering cottage located on the first floor. it is also our only self catering apartment to have a separate lounge and balcony. Sleeping accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms. The Loft features a well-equipped modern galley kitchen which leads through to a dining area for 6. In the separate lounge you will find a smart television with DVD player, CD Radio, free Wi-Fi, large sofa with integrated king-size sofa bed and wood-burning stove. A glazed door from the lounge opens onto a small south-facing balcony.

Our 2nd stay, great facilities, great hostess, clean and tidy rooms kitted out with all the things you need for a home away from home experience! We will keep coming back! Excellent base for Goodwood or taking in the local site!
"Fantastic cottage, clean, spotless and well located"
Stayed in the cottage for 4 days and absolutely loved it! It was very easy to find, in excellent condition and very cosy. The living room is spacious with a big tv for those quiet evenings at home. Jo (the owner) was very welcoming and provided very helpful suggestions on nearby places to eat and things to do. It’s on the first floor of a converted barn so the kitchen area has a slanted roof which may not be for everyone. The living room and bedrooms had full height ceilings. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back. If you have children there is also a trampoline in the garden.

Booked the apartment last minute and Jo was very accommodating of this. It is surrounded with countryside so a nice break from the city, with the coast not too far away also. I would certainly book it again when staying in the area.
"Amazing Cottages - We rented them all for Wedding party"
My wedding party stayed at Flintstone Cottages in July 2015 The Cottages are immaculate and furnished well and the beds are really comfy! The Cottages are great if you have a large group because you are all together but in your individual cottages so you have so much space. The cottages are are spacious so we used the large cottage to set up our make up and hen stations for when we got ready. The Cottages are easy to find and just perfect really. I hope to go back again with friends for a weekend! The owners are lovely and so helpful. Perfect place for a large wedding party!
"Great Apartment, perfect getaway location"
We have stayed at the Flintstone Barns before but always in a different barn. We really enjoyed the Loft. Fantastic use of space creates a great environment in which to spend a long weekend (like we did) everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was there. High standard of bedding and beds ensured a good night’s sleep. Hope to return again

We stayed here for a wedding at Upwaltham Barns. The cottage we stayed in was clean and beautifully decorated. Well equipped to a high standard. I would have no hesitation to recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The apartment is new and very complete. The place is very quiet because you are in the countryside. It has a good location because it is near Chichester, the sea, Bodiam and other touristic places. The owner and her brother are really charming and they will be able for everything you ask them.
